普段生活をしていてこんな時どう言ったら良いんだろうと思ったことがあると思います。又いつも同じ表現方法しか出来ていない人の為にも役立つコーナーです。新しい表現方法を覚えて使ってみましょうね。 このコーナーに関しましては読者からの疑問もどんどん取り上げていきたいと思っていますので、BYBまでメールで質問をお送りくださいね → byb@pacbell.net １． 「こんな事言いたくないんだけど」と、相手にとって不愉快な事を言わなくてはいけない時： I wish I didn't have to say this but.... と言ってから自分が言わなくてはならない用件を続けて言えばいいですね。 ２． 「?についてはとても詳しいの」と言いたい時： 例えば「私の彼はコンピュターに関してはとても詳しいのよ」と言いたい時にはins and outsを用いるといいでしょう。 ３． パーティーなどで「?を呼ぶと場がしらけてつまらなくなるから呼ばない」と言いたい時： Don't invite him to our party. He is a wet blanket. |
