明日は長男が日本から帰ってくるのでビルは 数日前から明日の夜に行われるJunのサプライズWelcome homeパーテイの準備で大忙し。
かなりの数のゲストが来てくれることになっていますので
ビルはかなり忙しくしていました。
彼はmain dish担当。私は先日次女のお誕生日の時に行ったレストランで
Orderした前菜をそのままCopyして用意します。
5種類ぐらいのチーズにクラッカー（これはトレーダジョーでかなり近いものを購入しました。）イチゴ、グリーングレイプ、ブルーベリーそしてDry Toasted pinenutsなどなど。。。
見た目もきれいで体によさそうな感じの前菜でとても美味しかったので
コピーすることに。爆笑
数日後に明日のパーテイDinnerやパーテイの様子をアップしますね。
次女は今日BYBでWelcome homeの大きなPosterを作っていました。
Jun Welcome home.
Now leave.
と書かれています。
妹から兄に対してのJokeです。
明日飛行場でこのPosterを掲げ淳が出てくるのを待つようです。
今これを書いているこの時間、淳は既に成田にいることでしょう。
飛行機はあと3時間ぐらいでロスに向けて出発です。
私の母もとても楽しみにしているようで、昨日からかなり機嫌も良く
明日彼が帰ってくるのを待っています。
もしかして彼が帰ってきたら母は少し変わるかもと期待しています。
写真はビルが明日作るリブです。3種類のリブを用意し、BBQする前に
大きな鍋で数時間煮込みます。その後数種類のソースで一晩寝かせ明日の午後BBQグリルで焼きます。
明日が本当に楽しみです。（●＾o＾●）
