昨日のロングランは思ったより楽に走れた。 マンハッタンからマリナデルレイまで往復で25キロ以上。時間にして
往復で3時間ちょっとかかったけど。。。今日は筋肉痛もなく
元気でしたよ。。。。
昨日のビーチはたくさんの人でかなり活気に満ちていた。
たくさんのサーファー達やビーチバレーを楽しんでいる人達、私達のように多くのランナー達。。。などなど。。。走っていてちっとも飽きることなく走りきれた。
走り終わったあと、ジャンボージュースと言うお店で大好きなストロベリーとラーズべリージュースが本当に美味しかった。
ジャンボジュースは多くの種類の果物ジュースを作ってくれる店で
スタバと同様たくさんの店舗を持った人気のあるお店です。
練習でこんなに長く走ったことはなかったので、これから月一ペースで
ロングランを続けることにしました。
今朝はビルの提案で家族でモータサイクルでロングビーチまでいくことにしていました。家の近所に住んでいる隣人達８人も行くことになり、総勢14名で予定どおり10時半に出発。 ロングビーチでは有名なババガムと言うレストランで
ランチ。
その後再びビーチに！
昨日走ったコースを今日はバイクで。。なんと二日続けて
夏の日差しを受け。。かなり日焼けしてしまったような。。。
でも楽しかったし。。。と家に帰っていつも以上にお肌に化粧水を
しっかりつけてみた。
次回は違うコースで又行くことにしました。
こんな日曜日もたまにはいいな。。。と家族で納得。
明日10日からいよいよBYBで仕事の開始の淳。 私もワクワク彼も気合が入っているようで楽しみです。
